Traffic jams up southbound 35E starting at Hwy. 36, and on northbound 35E starting at W. 7th Street.
In the northwest metro, plan on spending 41 minutes in the car if you're driving from Hwy. 101 in Rogers to the 494/694 split in Maple Grove.
