A pickup truck veered across a highway in Sibley County and hit a building in a crash that killed the driver, authorities said.
The wreck occurred midday Monday in Gibbon, a town about 20 miles north of New Ulm, the Sheriff’s Office said Tuesday.
The driver was identified as Joshua D. Kramer, 38, who lived just north of Gibbon. The Sheriff’s Office has not addressed what might have led to Kramer losing control of his pickup.
Kramer left southbound 621st Avenue, went through a bean field, then crossed Hwy. 19 and struck Gibbon Truck and Trailer Sales on the east side of town, the Sheriff’s Office said.
