• 2 c. basmati rice
• 1 lb. medium-sized shrimp, peeled and devined (12 oz. peeled and deveined)
• 3 garlic cloves, crushed in a garlic press
• 1 tsp. ground cumin
• 1/2 tsp. ground turmeric
