The St. Louis County Sheriff’s Office has identified the women who died in a house fire last week in Beatty Township in northern Minnesota.
Firefighters found the house on Lake Vermilion fully engulfed last week. Raeann Mary Pry, 69, and Susan Patricia Hein, 67, both from Cook, were found dead at the scene after the fire was put out, according to St. Louis County authorities.
The cause of the July 17 fire isn’t known, but authorities said there is no indication of anything suspicious surrounding the fire or the deaths.
Beatty Township is just north of Cook.
