Severe Weather Outbreak Wednesday

A powerful squall line of severe thunderstorms will impact the SoutheastWednesday and Wednesday evening from southeastern Virginia to Florida.A strong storm moving west of the Appalachians will trigger the outbreak. Inadditional to the heavy rainfall, the thunderstorms will be capable ofproducing straight-line winds in excess of 70 mph and even an isolated tornado.

The line of thunderstorms will weaken Wednesday night as it approaches SouthFlorida.
