Severe weather will move across the Plains Friday into eastern Texas,Louisiana, and Oklahoma. The primary impacts across the region will be hail,gusty winds, and the threat of tornadoes. Although, damage to crops andlivestock across the region is possible, these storms will bring needed rain.Much of the region remains below normal in precipitation for the year.
