A second man has been charged in connection with a triple shooting April 18 at a Shakopee apartment complex that left a 19-year-old man dead and two others wounded.

Justin Kenyatta Watson, 32, of Minneapolis, is charged with intentional second-degree murder, first-degree aggravated robbery and two counts of second-degree assault. He is being held in the Scott County jail in Shakopee in lieu of $1.5 million bail.

He is a cousin of Steven Andre Moore, 27, the first man to be charged in the crime. A third man is still being sought, authorities said.

Neither of the criminal complaints says which of three allegedly killed a Shakopee High School student, Marcos A. Pantaleon, in his family's apartment in the 600 block of Gorman Street. Miguel Pantaleon, the dead man's 22-year-old brother who was shot in his left arm and right hand, told police that he used to sell marijuana to Moore. The Pantaleons' 17-year-old cousin, whose name has not been released, was the third victim.
