A Scandia man's body was recovered from the St. Croix River on Monday evening, just two days after the body of a 24-year-old Stillwater woman was discovered in the river.

The Washington County Sheriff's Office identified the man Tuesday as Troy Michael Henry, 41. No foul play is suspected, the Sheriff's Office said. The Ramsey County medical examiner's office is performing an autopsy and will determine the official cause of death.

A fisherman found Henry's body about 6 p.m. Monday just north of the Log House Landing in Scandia.

On Saturday, the body of Abbey Russell was found in the river north of downtown Stillwater. Chief Deputy Dan Starry said Tuesday that the cause of her death won't be determined until the medical examiner's toxicology report is released in four to six weeks. No foul play is suspected, he said.

The cases aren't related, said Washington County Sheriff Bill Hutton.
