A team that had been searching for a missing 54-year-old woman found a body Saturday in Blaine, police confirmed.

The searchers from United Legacy, a nonprofit search and rescue organization, found a woman's body near the 128 block of Jefferson Street NE. around noon, Blaine police said.

While the body has not been positively identified, it was found about 2 miles from the spot where Lisa Marie, whom authorities have said was struggling with mental health issues, was last seen on Wednesday after leaving her home in the 800 block of 129th Avenue NE. on foot.

A positive identification and the cause of death will be determined by the Anoka County medical examiner. Blaine police and the Anoka County Sheriff's Office are investigating.
