Scene + Heard: VocalEssence Choralia

For the Minnesota Star Tribune
May 22, 2016 at 3:07AM

A sold-out crowd packed the lobby of the Radisson Blu at the Mall of America in Bloomington for the VocalEssence Choralia. The singing celebration was a benefit for VocalEssence, one of the premier choral music organizations in the Twin Cities. About 500 people enjoyed cocktails and appetizers, a silent auction, dinner and several musical performances, including, of course, VocalEssence. Funds raised from the evening go to the organization’s education and community outreach. See more photos at startribune.com/variety.
