The University of Minnesota Dance Team hosted the Best of the Best dance showcase, which featured 33 performances from nine college teams and 16 high schools from Minnesota and North Dakota. Minnesota has three reigning college national champions: the University of Minnesota (Division 1A jazz and pom); the University of St. Thomas (Open Division hip-hop); and mascot champion Goldy Gopher from the U.
