As a benefit for KFAI Radio, 10 local designers competed in the Purple Ones, a Prince-inspired fashion show. Models draped in the royal hue walked a purple runway.
Judges were notables from the Twin Cities arts scene, including former Fox 9 anchor Robyne Robinson and fashion designer Samantha Rei, as well as Andrea Jenkins, CeCe McDonald, Toki Wright, DJ Mickey Breeze and Roxanne Anderson.
KFAI is a community radio station with more than 450 volunteers that provides programming for a diverse audience.
