For its 20th "birthday," the Kids in Need Foundation went all out. Party balloons filled the air of the Depot Hotel in Minneapolis. At creativity stations, nearly 350 guests were encouraged to make party hats, fill in coloring books and admire the crayon-inspired centerpieces. And everyone in attendance was invited to sign the Kids in Need birthday card, which was as big as the occasion itself. The annual fundraising party benefits the foundation's mission to distribute school supplies to needy children and communities.
