What do you get when you combine upbeat music with a landmark location? An evening celebrating River City Rhythm, a drum and bugle corps and indoor drum line. River City Rhythm performed at St. Paul’s Landmark Center to raise funds for the organization, which aims to change lives through music by training and mentoring young musicians.
