“Whistle while you walk” was the catchphrase as canines and their humans joined former Minnesota Supreme Court Justice and Vikings legend Alan Page for a stroll around Lake of the Isles in Minneapolis on a lovely summer morning.

The 2017 Page Education Foundation Doggie Walk featured scores of supporters and their pups as well as students and alumni of the program.

The foundation provides grants to minority students. In return, Page Scholars volunteer as tutors and mentors in their communities.
