The warm, welcoming atmosphere created by volunteers, staff and community members helped make the Jewish Family and Children's Service (JFCS) of Minneapolis benefit seem more like a family gathering than a fundraiser. The Hilton Minneapolis hosted the 26th annual event, which featured cocktails, dinner and a dessert reception. Guests also were treated to the comedy of Jake Johannsen.
JFCS helps people of all ages and backgrounds to maintain healthy relationships. It also offers solace in times of need. The organization serves more than 16,000 people each year.
