Under the pink glow of the Ferris wheel, Betty Danger’s Country Club had a Fall Cotillion.

Partygoers arrived at the northeast Minneapolis bar and restaurant (dubbed “The Country Club for the 99 Percent”) dressed in their version of high-society threads. A lucky few were given “Belle of the Ball,” “Handsomest Escort” and “Preppiest Pair” awards by unidentified judges mingling with the crowd.

In addition to red-carpet photo sessions, guests enjoyed spiked punch, Champagne and hors d’oeuvres between rounds of board games.

A portion of ticket sales was donated to Free Arts Minnesota, a nonprofit dedicated to strengthening communities by engaging youth with arts and relationship building.
