Cookies and Craft Brews brought together an unlikely duo: a St. Paul craft brewery and the Girl Scouts. Urban Growler is the first woman-owned microbrewery in Minnesota, and proceeds from the event went to fund leadership programs for the Girl Scouts River Valleys.
Guests enjoyed pairings of cookies and craft beers, including a Chocolate Mint Porter draft brewed just for the event. An unofficial poll found that the Chocolate Mint Porter paired especially well with that longtime favorite Thin Mints.
