Amid the sweet-smelling flowers and tropical air, Como Friends hosted Bouquets, a fundraiser for Como Park Zoo & Conservatory. Sampling stations throughout the conservatory offered wine and treats such as cucumber sushi rolls and pistachio and orange cupcakes. A beer garden in the visitor center showcased local breweries. The most sought after guests of the evening were animal ambassadors Consuela the armadillo and Stefano the sloth. Funds raised from the event help keep admission free.
