Avant Garden, the Walker Art Center’s annual fundraiser, drew hundreds to the Midwest’s modern art mecca.
The first and eighth floors of the recently remodeled building were transformed into VIP party pads, where gourmet hors d’oeuvres and drinks were enjoyed by gala guests, who were serenaded by a quintet. The evening also included an art auction, dancing to a live DJ and late-night snacks.
Proceeds from the evening help support award-winning artistic and educational programming at the Walker.
