Wearing their best fan gear, metalheads young and old flooded into U.S. Bank Stadium to see a trio of heavy metal acts — Volbeat, Avenged Sevenfold and the headliners, Metallica. More than 50,000 fans attended the concert, the third event since the stadium opened, and were treated to heart-stopping beats in what may be the loudest concert of the year.
