For the second consecutive night, No. 1 St. Cloud State and unranked Princeton tied in a nonconference men's hockey game at the Tigers' arena.

This time the score was 2-2. Jacob Benson's power-play goal for the Huskies (12-2-3) tied the score for a second time Saturday at 12 minutes, 18 seconds of the third period.

Judd Peterson had the other goal for SCSU in the second. Jack Paganelli scored for the Tigers (6-7-3) in the second and Ryan Kuffer in the third, on a power play at 30 seconds.

Jeff Smith of the Huskies had 40 saves, Ryan Ferland of Princeton 43. Friday's score was 3-3.

No. 17 Minnesota Duluth 2, Dartmouth 2: Bill Exell scored with 28 seconds left in the opening period and Peter Krieger early in the second as the Bulldogs tied the Big Green in the Ledyard Bank Classic hosted by Dartmouth. Hunter Shepard had 41 saves for UMD, Devin Buffalo 39 for the home team.

No. 9 Ohio State 4, Niagara 1: Matthew Weis had two power-play goals to lead the host Buckeyes over the Purple Eagles.

WCHA

No. 7 MSU Mankato 6, Northern Michigan 3: C.J. Suess had two goals and an assist as the Mavericks beat the visiting Wildcats.

Bemidji State 4, Alabama Huntsville 1: Gerry Fitzgerald had a goal and two assists to lead the Beavers to a home victory.
