Penn State rallied for four goals in the third period to beat visiting Michigan State 5-3 on Saturday night in Big Ten hockey. Chase Berger had two goals for the No. 4 Nittany Lions (16-2-1, 5-1 Big Ten), including the winner at 15:15 of the third to put his team ahead 4-2. It came just nine seconds after teammate Dylan Richard's goal on a power play.

Ed Minney stopped 46 shots for the Spartans (4-15-1, 0-6), who led 2-1 until Ricky DeRosa's goal started Penn State's rally at 9:31 of the third.

Ohio State 2, Arizona State 2 (OT): Tyler Busch's goal with 26 seconds left in the third period enabled the visiting Sun Devils (7-12-2) to tie with the No. 10 Buckeyes (11-4-5).

Minnesota Duluth 4, Cloud State 3 (OT): Kyle Osterberg scored 2:33 into overtime as the No. 3 Bulldogs (13-5-4, 9-4-1 NCHC) beat the visiting Huskies (10-11-1, 5-8-1) and ended a two-game losing streak. Down 3-0 in the third, the Huskies tied it on goals by Blake Winiecki, Patrick Newell and Jimmy Schudt.

North Dakota 3, Miami (Ohio) 1: Austin Poganski's first-period goal led the No. 7 Fighting Hawks (13-7-3, 6-5-1 NCHC) over the visiting RedHawks (8-9-5, 4-5-3).

Minnesota State Mankato 5, Bowling Green 3: C.J. Franklin had two goals and an assist for the No. 18 Mavericks (14-8-2, 10-6-2 WCHA) against the visiting Falcons (12-13-2, 10-9-1).
