Hoyas hold off Marquette in OT • NO. 11 GEORGETOWN 70, NO. 21 MARQUETTE 68: Roy Hibbert and Jonathan Wallace scored 20 points each to lift the Hoyas (24-4, 14-3 Big East) to an overtime victory over the Golden Eagles (21-7, 11-6) in Milwaukee. Wesley Matthews tied his career high with 22 points for Marquette.
• NO. 2 MEMPHIS 76, SOUTHERN MISSISSIPPI 67: Derrick Rose scored 23 points, including 11 in a 5-minute span of the second half, to help the Tigers (28-1, 14-0 Conference USA) pull away from the host Golden Eagles (15-13, 7-7). Memphis clinched its third consecutive Conference USA regular-season title with its 37th league victory in a row.
• NO. 3 NORTH CAROLINA 90, BOSTON COLLEGE 80: Tyler Hansbrough's 25 points helped the Tar Heels (27-2, 12-2 ACC) overcome an 18-point deficit to beat the Eagles (13-14, 4-10) in Boston. Tyrese Rice's 46 points led Boston College.
• NO. 6 KANSAS 88, KANSAS STATE 74: Brandon Rush scored 21 points and Sherron Collins 18, leading the Jayhawks (26-3, 11-3 Big 12) past the visiting Wildcats (18-10, 8-6). Michael Beasley's 39 points and 11 rebounds led Kansas State.
• NO. 8 STANFORD 60, NO. 22 WASHINGTON STATE 53: Brook Lopez scored 19 of his 25 points after halftime and pulled down six rebounds to help the Cardinal (24-4, 13-3 Pac-10) beat the visiting Cougars (22-7, 10-7).
• ARKANSAS 78, NO. 18 VANDERBILT 73: Sonny Weems scored 20 points, and the Razorbacks (19-9, 8-6 SEC) held off the visiting Commodores (24-5, 9-5), who called a timeout they didn't have in the final seconds. Shan Foster scored 22 points to become Vandy's career scoring leader.
• BOWLING GREEN 89, NO. 23 KENT STATE 83: Brian Moten scored 24 points and had six of Bowling Green's 11 three-pointers as the Falcons (13-14, 7-7 Mid-American Conference) beat the visiting Golden Flashes (23-6, 11-3) in Kent State's first game as a ranked team.

Fordham sets record for futility • NO. 15 GEORGE WASHINGTON 66, FORDHAM 27: The Rams completed the worst season in NCAA women's basketball history, losing to the host Colonials and becoming the first team to go 0-29. Fordham surpassed the 0-28 teams of Charleston in 1990-91 and Centenary in 1999-2000. Jazmine Adair had 15 points and 12 rebounds for George Washington (24-5, 12-2 Atlantic 10). Freshman guard Megan Mahoney's 15 points led Fordham (0-29, 0-14).
