Sandhill Cranes at Crex are in the mood

Well, at least most of them

A recent visit to Crex Meadows wildlife area at Grantsburg, Wisconsin, offered excellent looks at Sandhill Cranes doing their courtship dances. These birds were seen in a wet meadow along Phantom Lake Road.
