A WORLD OF HURT

Sam Bradford's entire career has been shaped by injuries, so while his absence against the Steelers was a disappointment, it wasn't completely shocking despite the Vikings saying they expected Bradford to play.

2017: Missed Week 2 against the Steelers after aggravating his previously surgically-repaired left knee.

2015: Missed two games with the Eagles because of a shoulder A/C joint dislocation. In the same game, Bradford was found to have a concussion.

2014: Tore the ACL in his left knee during a Rams preseason game, missing the entire season.

2013: Missed the final nine games because of a torn ACL

2011: Missed six games because of a badly sprained ankle. He missed four more games dealing with the same injury.
