The Saints (13-11) used two of the homers to erase a 3-1 Iowa lead in the fifth. After Daniel Descalso reached when an infield pop fly dropped harmlessly, Riddle drilled a tying two-run homer to left. Brent Rooker then crushed his fifth home run of the season, giving the Saints the lead.
A Ryan Jeffers homer made it 5-3 in the eighth, and Riddle closed out the scoring with another two-run blast.
Riddle's other two-homer game came July 31, 2015, at Class AA Jacksonville in the Miami Marlins organization.
Relievers Ian Hamilton, Shaun Anderson and Rob Whalen combined for five scoreless innings in relief of Saints starter Bailey Ober, who gave up three runs and four hits in four innings, with eight strikeouts.
