The Saints gave up seven home runs Sunday and lost their series finale to the Omaha Storm Chasers 15-4 at CHS Field.
St. Paul's 16 home runs allowed in the six-game series matched its total for the previous 30 games.
Saints starter Charlie Barnes, who entered the game with a 2.20 ERA, gave up eight runs in three-plus innings. Omaha put it away with a seven-run, three-homer seventh.
Max Kepler, on a rehab assignment from the Twins, went 0-for-4 as the designated hitter.
