SELECTION PROCESS

United States

Eight of the 12 U.S. Ryder Cup members will be selected based on points after The Barclays, Aug. 28. Captain Davis Love III will make three additional picks after the BMW Championship, Sept. 11. The final captain's pick will be made after the Tour Championship, Sept. 25.

Europe

Nine of the 12 European Ryder Cup members will be selected based on points after the Made in Denmark Tournament, Aug. 28. Captain Darren Clarke will choose the remaining three members beginning on Aug. 29.
