Rock slide shuts down part of Wabasha Street in St. Paul for the weekend

No injuries were reported after several rocks tumbled from the cliff on Saturday afternoon.

A rock slide shut down a busy street on St. Paul's West Side Saturday afternoon.

Around 3:30 p.m., several rocks from the cliff tumbled onto Wabasha Street between Plato Boulevard and Humboldt Avenue, according to police.

No injuries were reported.

Part of the road will be closed for the weekend as crews work to remove the debris.
