A street maintenance project on Vicksburg Lane has Plymouth Metrolink Route 776 on detour between Schmidt Lake Road and 43rd Avenue this week. No bus service will be offered between Schmidt Lake Road and County Road 9
Transit agency officials say some delays can be expected as buses navigate around the closure Monday through Thursday.
Here are the route changes:
Mornings
Route 776 will detour in the morning beginning at Vicksburg Lane going east on Schmidt Lake Road, then south on Fernbrook Lane, then west on County Road 9/Rockford Road where it will continue the regular route after Vicksburg Lane.
Afternoons
Route 776 will detour in the afternoon beginning at Vicksburg Lane going east on County Road 9/Rockford Road, then north on Fernbrook Lane, then west on Schmidt Lake Road, then north on Vicksburg Lane where it will continue the regular route.
