March 25, 2009 at 7:15PM

Rising flood waters in western Minnesota have begun triggering road closures in that part of the state.

Most prominently, the state transportation department has closed sections of Hwys. 65 and 55.

Road closures in North Dakota are even more extensive, most notably along stretches of Interstate Hwy. 29.

A complete rundown of closed roads in Minnesota can be seen at www.511mn.org.
