Hours after headlining the MTV Video Awards, locking lips with ex-BF/batterer Chris Brown and winning best video -- which means the former music-video channel probably squeezed it in a couple times between reruns of "Jersey Shore" and "Teen Mom" -- Rihanna announced a spring 2013 tour that will bring her to St. Paul's Xcel Energy Center on March 24.
Tickets, priced at $39.50, $59.50, $95 and $125 (not including fees), will go on sale at 10 a.m. Sept. 21.
The pop starlet must be banking on global warming. The tour starts March 8 in snowbound Buffalo, N.Y., and makes its way across the Great White North, traveling to Winnipeg, Edmonton and Calgary after the St. Paul date.
