With just three preseason games left, the Wolves' point-guard situation should get a little clearer here starting tonight in Memphis.

Ricky Rubio is all set to make his preseason debut after he missed the first four games because of a strained quad.

Rubio will start in a lineup in which Sam Mitchell again will start vet Tayshaun Prince at small forward and Andrew Wiggins at shooting guard.

Mitchell also plans to get his first good at Zach LaVine at point guard in these final games, even though the Wolves already have Rubio, Andre Miller, Tyus Jones and Lorenzo Brown there. So far, that experiment with LaVine starting at shooting guard hasn't quite worked out very well.

"We're still looking at some guys," Mitchell said before the game. "We have a young team and some new guys we're trying to integrate into what we're trying to do. We don't have the luxury like a team like Memphis. They know their five guys. They pretty much know the top seven- or eight-man rotation. We got a brand-new team. We're trying to figoure combinations, rotations."

One game after they rested their starters, the Grizz are sitting out a whole other collection of players tonight, including Jeff Green, Matt Barnes, Brandan Wright, Beno Udrih, Vince Carter, Jordan Adams and Jarell Martin.

Hey, don’t believe me? This team has indicted itself with harsh words as the seasons progressed.
