Reynaud among Vikings' inactives

Punt returner Darius Reynaud and defensive tackle Letroy Guion won't be in uniform tonight

October 5, 2009 at 11:25PM

Wide receiver Darius Reynaud, the Vikings' primary punt returner who suffered a hamstring injury last Sunday against San Francisco, won't play in tonight's game against Green Bay at the Metrodome. Wide receiver Jaymar Johnson is on the 45-man game-day roster for the first time this season and likely will return punts.

Defensive tackle Letroy Guion is also inactive for the first time this season. Also inactive are cornerback Asher Allen, safety Jamarca Safford, center Jon Cooper, defensive end Jayme Mitchell and linebacker Erin Henderson. Sage Rosenfels is once again the third quarterback.

The Packers most notable inactive is left tackle Chad Clifton (ankle). Cliftons absence means left guard Daryn Colledge will play left tackle, center Jason Spitz will move to left guard and Scott Wells will play center.

Also inactive are safety Atari Bigby; running back Brandon Jackson; cornerback Brandon Underwood; fullback Quinn Johnson; tackle Breno Giacomini; defensive end Michael Montgomery; and linebacker Jeremy Thompson.
