GREEN BAY, Wis. — A retired priest has been ordered to stand trial in Brown County on accusations he exposed himself to a child.

WLUK-TV (http://bit.ly/1T1iysE ) reports 78-year-old Richard Lee Thomas waived a preliminary hearing in court Monday and is expected to enter a plea May 23 on four counts of exposing himself.

Thomas was living in Grellinger Hall, a home for retired priests in Allouez. A criminal complaint accuses him of exposing himself four times in March to a 16-year-old boy who was walking to school.

The Diocese of Green Bay says Father Thomas has been restricted from performing any public ministry while the case is ongoing.

The complaint says Thomas told investigators he is already seeking treatment.
