Owners Steve and Vicky Uhr originally planned to close this past Friday, but have extended the shop's life through today, when the doors close for good at 10 p.m. Drop in and receive 10 percent off pints and quarts, and frozen custard sandwiches for $1.75.
Fishman's Delicatessen and Bakery (4100 Minnetonka Blvd., St. Louis Park, (952-926-5611, www.fishmanskosher.com) has lost its lease, as of Feb. 21. "While there is still a small chance that some market entity will relocate to a new location, it is not clear when and if," said owner Stewart Fishman in statement.
