The name of the promotion is a little cheesy -- "10 wines for 10 bucks" -- but it gets the point across. Every Monday evening at Il Gatto (3001 Hennepin Av. S. in Calhoun Square, Minneapolis, 612-822-1688, www.ilgattominneapolis.com), the restaurant sets aside five bottles of white and five bottles of red and marks them at $10, which is less than the cost of one of the fine pizzas coming out of the kitchen's busy wood-burning oven.
