Report: Vikings, Simpson agree to one-year deal

The free agent wide receiver adds speed to the lineup, but brings a troubled past as well.

The Vikings have agreed to a one-year deal with wide receiver Jerome Simpson, according to a report from Fox Sports' Jay Glazer.
