You didn't really think we'd make it through the morning without another twist in the Brett Favre-Jenn Sterger saga did you?

A day after Favre was interviewed by NFL vice president for security Milt Ahlerich to discuss allegations reported by the website Deadspin.com that the quarterback sent inappropriate photos and messages to the former Jets sideline reporter/host when he was with the team in 2008, it has been reported that Sterger has hired the Long Island-based law firm of LaRusso and Conway to advise her throughout the process.

Sterger's manager Phil Reese told ESPN the decision was made "after much deliberation" and lawyer Joseph Conway said his firm will advise Sterger "and pursue any potential remedies that may exist."

Sterger, who works for the Versus Network, has yet to make any comment on the Deadspin report and to this point she hasn't cooperated with the NFL investigation. It's unclear if Sterger has hired the law firm to assist her in a meeting with the league or so she can take legal action in this case.
