Report: Harris signs with Dolphins; Vikings were interested

The veteran cornerback is going to join Miami.

Al Harris won't be joining the Vikings.

The agent for the veteran cornerback told the National Football Post his client has signed a one-year deal with the Miami Dolphins.

NFP reports that the Vikings, Lions and Texans also were interested in the 35-year-old Harris.

Harris is coming off a serious knee injury that landed him on the physically unable to perform list this season. The Green Bay Packers elected to cut him on Monday.
