Vikings defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier interviewed for the job last week

Vikings defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier interviewed for the Buffalo Bills head coaching job last week and reportedly made a favorable impression on team officials. There were several national reports that said Frazier was the "leader in the clubhouse."

But Fox Sports NFL writer Jay Glazer reported Monday afternoon that the Bills are in serious talks with Chan Gailey and that he could be named coach in the next 24-48 hours. Here is Glazer's report.

Frazier has interviewed for seven head coaching jobs the past few seasons. Asked last week about speculation that he could be the favorite for the Bills job, Frazier said: "I don't put much credence in anything I hear, brother. Believe me. I don't care who says top candidate. This or that. It doesn't mean anything to me."
