RED LINE GETS LOTS OF GREEN

These projects' funding is often cobbled together from multiple sources. Here's where the money is coming from for the Red Line, which will open this year on Cedar Avenue. Changes to the highway account for $57 million of the total $111.6 million cost.

Federal:$43.3M,39% of total share

CTIB*:$30M,27%

State:$26.4M,24%

Met Council:$1.2M,1%

Local:$10.6M,9%
