SAMWISE GAMGEE'S PORK PIES
Serves 4 to 6.

• 1/2 lb. ground pork (if grinding your own, use tenderloin, with the fat cut off and grind coarsely)
• 1/4 lb. ground sirloin beef
• 1 medium to large yellow onion, diced small
• 1/2 c. bread crumbs
• 1 tbsp. minced garlic, optional
