Grilled Butterflied Chicken With Smoky Red Chimichurri
Serves 6.

• 1 medium red bell pepper
• 1 c. chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley leaves
• 1/2 c. extra-virgin olive oil
• 1/4 c. red wine vinegar
• 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh oregano
• 2 tsp. smoked paprika
