Smoked salmon with herbed cream cheese
Serves 15 to 20.
As if cream cheese weren't good enough on its own, this recipe takes it to another level entirely. To keep it green, use local ingredients. Chowgirls uses them from Dehn's Garden.
• 8 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
• 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh thyme
• 1 tsp. finely chopped fresh chives
• 1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh dill
• 2 tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil
