• 2 lemon slices
• 4 dashes Peychaud's bitters
• 1/2 oz. (1 tbsp.) St. Germain (or other elderflower liqueur)
• 4 oz. (1/2 c.) sparkling rosé
Directions
Place lemon slices, bitters and St. Germain in a rocks glass. Add ice; top with rosé.
