Kozlak's Royal Oak Restaurant Almond Chicken Salad

Makes 6 cups.

2 (10-oz.) cans chicken

6 green onions, chopped

4 ribs celery, chopped

1 c. sliced almonds, toasted

1 (7-oz.) jar red pepper, rinsed, drained and diced

1½ c. mayonnaise

Salt and white pepper to taste

In a bowl, combine chicken, onions, celery, almonds and red pepper. Add mayonnaise, salt and white pepper to taste. Chill. Serve with your choice of bread.
