• 1 1/4 lb. broccoli, cut into florets
• 5 tbsp. olive oil, divided
• Salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 1 tbsp. honey
• 4 garlic cloves, minced
• 1/2 to 1 tsp. red pepper flakes, crushed
