Recipe: Baked Lutefisk

Baked Lutefisk

From Olsen Fish Co.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Cut lutefisk into serving size pieces. Wrap each piece in tin foil. Punch holes in the bottom of each package. Put a baking rack on a baking sheet with sides, and put packages of lutefisk on rack with hole side down. Bake fish for 30 to 40 minutes. Check fish the last 10 to 15 minutes. It is done when the meat flakes apart. Do not overbake. Serve immediately.
